It certainly did not feel like it was the last day of school on Wednesday.

Class was only about 3/4 full. Nobody suggested taking photos. It really does not feel like it was the last day of school.

Maybe it was the system of changing class every semester, we got used to it and thus it didn't felt like a sad farewell.

But when I got home, it really hit me....

That I won't be going to Republic Polytechnic to attend lessons. I won't be able to meet all my different friends easily. I won't see my classmates as a class.

It's been quite a long time since I played around with photoshop! I really like curve borders (as you can see from this blog's layout!)
All these can be easily done in photos mobile application in just few clicks. But I have to edit with many clicks and keyboard short-cuts!

FYP is over! Today was the submission day!

For this semester's FYP, we started really late! So we had to stay till quite late more frequent as compared to FYP 1!

So after FYP, it's time to think what I should really do after I graduate. I really want to go SMU but I don't have additional mathematics back in secondary school days. Although they didn't state the cut off point, I'm just going to give it a try! Wish me luck!

It's only near to the end of January and I'm fulfilling two of my 2012 resolution!

One of it was to buy more nail polishes! So I did and bought a lot and tried doing rainbow nails for the first time!

The other one was to attend a concert (no matter idol or orchestra). I'm going for AKB48 stage performance tomorrow due to my friend's last minute commitment. Well, to be honest I wasn't really very keen to go. But she can't find anyone to replace her and to prevent the ticket going to waste, I'll go in her place!

I'm officially not going Mayday's concert despite all the hype for it. The tickets once again are selling fast again! And I'm really more keen to go to Thailand (I know I said I won't go Thai!) for Hey! Say! JUMP concert!

Year 2011.

Honestly, I can't really remember much :(

All I remember now is I lost a friend and nearly lost 2 friends in December. Gosh, it's really a bad month for me despite the festive season.

I was very involved in the fandom side for this year. Concert dvd screening, attended Nara-san's art gallery, Gantz screening, red carpet event of Paradise Kiss, attend Fujiwara Tatsuya's fanmeet. Made alot of new friends thanks to these events too. And also through all these, I've learned many things.

In year 2012, I will aim to

Go to Japan or Taiwan or KL with friends
Many of my friends are going Thailand after graduation. But I don't want to go Thailand :(
Buy clothes that is suitable for work
I'm leaning more to the not-going-uni side now, so I guess I will start working after I graduate.
Pass JLPT N4 no matter self study or attend lessons
I told myself to register for Japanese lesson once after I graduate. But I'm not sure whether I want to do this alone or not.
Be more active on blogs
Pen down my thoughts more here instead of twitter.
Attend a concert (No matter idol or symphonic bands)
Mayday concert on February! And it's been awhile since I attend a symphonic band concert too. Just missed a Japanese school's concert earlier.
Read more of Japanese author books (that are translated in chinese)

Watching "Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo" now. It's a Japanese drama about a foreigners learning Japanese, the difficulties they face in real life with the difference in culture. There were many facts about the Japanese language covered in this drama!

One of the China student said this:

Chinese guy : "I like "okaeri" (welcome home)"
Teacher : "They don't have "okaeri" in China?"
Chinese girl : "There isn't a set phrase."
Chinese guy : "When I come back to the apartment, my landlord always says "okaeri" to me. It's warm Japanese"

Happy Boxing Day!

Gosh, have been going out since the start of holidays!

Only had 1 day to laze at home last week. This week I have more days to ~~laze at home~~ do FYP.

Sometimes I really hate this person's sarcasm. Just because I hang out more with you doesn't mean I treat you as a good friend. You're still far away from the status of good friend.

In the first place we didn't have that agreement at all, I just told you I had this agreement with other friends.

I got this feeling that you forced it on me, you created the opportunity, so that I have no choice but to make that agreement with you.

So I did it, I agreed. But later you replied to me that you were disappointed.

What the heck is wrong with you?! Your expectation was too high! You forced it on me, my original plan was not this!

You were disappointed right? Let me tell you why,

You're not my good friend. What you get is different from what they get.

That's all. As simple as that.

Do I really need to be straightforward to tell you this straight in your face? I'll probably lose another friend. Losing two in a month was already very hurtful for me.

World is small!

Met with the fangirls friends for karaoke and dinner. Went home around 10pm alone on the NEL.

Saw a really tall girl entering the train. Saw a short girl with brown bag and shoes that looks like socks. They were chatting and the short girl's voice sounds so familiar >.>

"Shoes that looks like socks!" That was what I commented on Cheryl's shoes when I met the secondary school clique a few days ago!

The short girl was wearing the same brown bag that Cheryl remarked that it's originally grey but faded to brown!

So I called out to her and the tall girl nudged her.

Cheryl introducing her tall friend to me: "This is Stacy, my colleague"

Me, tilting my head thinking "Stacy..? Tall, dark skin girl...."

Me: "Have I met you somewhere before....???"

Stacy: "Yes! I think so!!!"

Me: "Arashi fan girl?"

Stacy : "Yes!"

Me: "You got twitter right?"

Stacy: "Yea! *reads out twitter username*"

Me: "OMG! I FOLLOW U ON TWITTER! I'M RAINBOWFIED_AT!"

Stacy: "Rainbowfied?!?! WAIT, LIYIN?!?!"

ME -> O_O

Ahahahaha. Stacy was one of the fans who attended a concert dvd screening event that me and my team organized. She left me a deep impression because she's the tallest girl and the only girl that could reach the projector! Plus she was wearing a tshirt with Sho's name, so the impression was deep!

AHAHAHA I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.

Cheryl asked me to join her and Anzhu for dinner at Serangoon and since Stacy now has 2 friends with her, she joined us too! LOL!

Man, what a freaky coincidence!

The conversation went deeper into coincidence. Stacy is not at the same branch as Cheryl!! But they closed early that day so she went to look for Cheryl.

So Cheryl & Stacy go home together since Stacy lived in Hougang. They wanted to walk to another train compartment but the train door was opening already so they just entered,

and tada!

I was at the back and saw them entering!

I remembered seeing a photo on tumblr that shows the Japan Airport with a sign "おかえりなさい” ('okaerinasai' means 'Welcome Home') at the arrival hall.

This term is used in mostly all households in Japan when their family members come home.

I'm not Japanese, but I felt touched when I saw that photo.

I went all fuzzy and 'aww' and proceed to tell my friends about it. But that feelings couldn't get through. They don't understand how I felt.

A while ago, during shower, I finally knew why.

It was the language.

Imagine you're a foreigner and you arrived at that arrival hall and saw the sign. It doesn't make any sense. But, these words, “おかえりなさい” only convey to the Japanese people.

Only the Japanese people are able to understand these words. It really felt like you came home. It was really meant for Japanese people who arrived in Japan.

I don't know, but this feeling is so special. The only country with this language.

This is something that I can never experience in Singapore.

Graduation in 2 months plus time. Thus I will blog about the friends I made in RP.

Let me blog something about,

fans.

JE fans are floating around in RP.

Let's see. When I joined the fandom, it was around year 1's time. In my year 1 sem 1 class, there weren't any JE fans but there were 2 anime fans.

In year 1 sem 2, there is a jdrama fan (JIA JIE). Whom endlessly supplies me jdrama up till now and watch japanese movies with me!!!!

Sadly, in year 2 sem 1 there was no fan. But I still made great friends.

In year 2 sem 2, I saw this girl (FELICE) flipping her Japanese phone during 6P. What's hanging on her Japanese phone was a Arashi 10th year anniversary charm!!

I exploded in my mind. Really!

Because I haven't made any fan friends at that point of time yet! I was so excited She spotted my arashi wallpaper also!

~~and we live happily ever after, ROFL.~~

No la, what I meant was, our friendship really became much better. Went to karaoke together , eat meals together, flail together! Next up I'm going to her house for sleepover! Xinyi comes into the picture too but I will blog about that in another post~

In year 3 sem 1, when I have to change classmates everyday. It was tough.

But what I didn't know was my HRM class actually has a JE fan!

I only knew after she commented on my fan friend's facebook status! What a small world! If only she spotted some JE stuffs on me or the other way round.

In year 3 sem 1, when AKB48 shop was opened, I went there with my school bag (it has an arashi badge on it).

I met Kisa She's my senior in RP and I've actually already added her online about a year ago when there was an introduction post on JE FC SG! So we were considered as online friends? But I've never thought that I would really meet her in real life, in AKB48 shop too!

She's also participating in Meg's jpop dance crew! That explains why I felt one of the dancer was so familiar (before I met her in real life)

Since the shop doesn't have much customers in that period, we stood there (with Pauline.C) talking about JE for like half an hour

Also in year 3 sem 1, it was the first time I got approached! (Gwen)

My thought was "OMG AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF PUTTING AN ARASHI BADGE ON MY BAG, IT FINALLY WORKED"

I was walking with Pauline.L after school and realised there was this girl who was walking super close to us right behind us! Then suddenly she tapped me and asked "Are you a Arashi fan?"

My mind exploded again.

Anyway, I'm so glad she approached me. So glad to meet her

Because of her I know that a dream is possible if you work hard for it. She's going Toudai for studies! She's really very hardworking!

Ok, now to the last semester of all these 3 years!

Well actually, I met Biqin in year 3 sem 1. She was a friend of Pauline.L and most of my year 2 sem 1's classmates. We walked to the interchange/MRT several times before although we don't know each other.

Really lucky to be with the same class with her for this semester so our relationship improved too

And there's Finna whom gave me a shock that she actually knows what me and Biqin were watching in class! (We were watching HSJ videos)

Turns out Finna was Felice's secondary school classmate too and Felice mentioned her quite a few times in the past!

There was a slight "mystery solved!" feeling, lol.

What really triggered this post was that I realised it's already week 9 and I haven't got the chance to team with Finna! The same incident actually happened to Felice when I was in the same class with her! It's such a freaky coincidence that they both have the same scenario! Especially when they already know each other in secondary school!

And with that reminiscing part, I begin to think back and thus this post!

JE has really changed my life. From JE, I went to Japanese culture. Japanese culture has also taught me alot. It maybe because partly I'm growing and maturing. But learning about the Japanese culture and society really changed my mindset.

And because of this, I meet awesome people. People who could cheer me up just by chatting on the same interest.

Motivation for FYP totally gone but motivation for daily classes is going strong.

Daily grade for this semester IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT from my previous semester!

I really don't know is it because I'm working extremely hard? Or the facilitators I have this semester are good ones? Or is it the fact that I have a permanent class now?

If only the school assigned me to a permanent class last semester too. I bet my year 3's GPA will rise significantly.

Because my parents are overseas for a week. I couldn't possibly wait for my mum to come back and wash one big pile of clothes!

It was my first time!

Somehow I'm proud of it.... Well, somehow...

Because other than doing the laundry, I've never iron clothes, mop floor, clean windows, wash the bathroom. Basically, there are a lot of household chores which I've never done before.

So I broke a record today!

4th week of school soon.

My future path is still in pitch darkness....

It's already the second week of school!

Glad that I have some good facilitators for this module. Good as in, they give good grades

But the modules this semester sucks! Especially Business Finance.

Business Finance problem 2 nearly killed me.

No POA, no Financial Accounting. Serious disadvantage. But strangely, I got a 'A' grade for that day. STRANGE.

Business Finance wasn't the module that I wanted originally! Got pushed to it in the end.

Business Intelligence looks dry to me too, problem 2 was SUPER boring.

The better one for now is Sales & Marketing IS.

Off to read Macroecons pre-reading for tomorrow's class!

Missed screening of AKB48 janken tournament because nobody could go with me.

Went to karaoke for 7 hours the following day with Xinyi and Felice.
Baby cockroach at Pastamania right beside us when we're having dinner. O_O

Went to east coast park on saturday with Cheryl, Sophia, Huiyi.
Bad day at work but still enjoyed cycling.
I WANT TO LEARN SKATING. Shall practice on ice skating first.

Went to the saloon a few days back to trim my hair.

Hairdresser was unavailable and there were no free seats except for one that has a school bag on it.

So I asked the girl in Xinmin primary uniform sitting beside it whether I could sit on that chair.

Then she started chatting with me!

"Are you here to cut hair?"

Well, after answering I'm here to trim my hair, I changed the topic to Xinmin Primary.

We talked about teachers of course. I'm kinda shocked that Miss Goh is still there and is still pulling student's hair or shirts.

What a friendly girl

A few days ago when I went to Ave 8's MacDonald for supper with HEELYS after playing candles. We were in the washroom washing our hand.....

There was only one tap working (the kid one) so we took turns.

I was the last one and then,

So one week of work is finally over

Geez.

It was so intensive!

Teaching almost the whole day for continous days At first I thought my job was just to oversee/manage the overall centre since Boss & Admin were at overseas.

But

It turns out that there were holidays classes going on WITHOUT any fix teachers

So I ended up taking them....

Luckily there were days when they have teachers and then I get to rest.

Anyway, as for my regular saturday classes... Still trying to get the hang of it.

Primary 1, 3, 4 students in one class.

It's harder than I imagined

It looks like I'll be slacking for the rest of the 3 weeks.

Please ask me out! As much as I love staying at home watching my never-ending-list dramas, I will get sick of it!

Firstly, I changed my blog layout!

Didn't find a holiday job yet.

I'm working permanetly on saturdays as a tutor till next year at least. (There goes my saturday mornings!)

I'm also working next week because my lady boss is going for holiday so I have to take charge.

Btw, it's back at my attachment place, that tuition centre.

So I guess I really need to work hard in finding a temporary job on weekdays only!

Thirdly, I just bought a new tv!

Somehow I managed to convince my mum in buying a new plasma tv for me when we went to grandma's house for birthday celebration.

(btw my uncle dogs were away at the new house that day I was so sad and bored! )

Uncle was plugging in his laptop and streaming movies.

Since my mum is addicted in watching dramas online, she was fascinated by it.

Geez, and I tried to explain to both my parents before. They really have to see before they judge.

Finally the fat big silver one is gone. Hi to HDMI input!

Week 14!

Feel like bringing a camera to all the 4 classes next week and take photos with different classmates.

Actually the whole situation of changing class everyday wasn't as bad as I thought. Because at least I have some familiar people with me.

But still, I would like to have a permanent class next semester!

FYP submission is finally over! Evaluation/Presentation is next monday.

If we were given more time, I believed we could have done it better.

Go home buddies are the best. Many things to talk about. I'm glad I have friends staying around the same area.

And I just realised, this will probably be the last year I'm enjoying this.

What will things be like when I go work? Eating alone, traveling alone.

I really hate to be alone.

Or how about university? Will it be really that similar to polytechnic where I can have fun?

I'm really lost about my future.

The last semester module selection,

I managed to told myself not to get peer influence/pressure. After the incident of this semester where I have to change classmates everyday, I told myself it wasn't that bad after all. But it's just that sometimes I'm just worried that people moved on without me.

It's the end of week 8 soon

I think time flies even faster when you're changing class everyday

For the past 8 weeks, a lot had been on my mind. Especially one very major one that affects a lot to me in the inside. Most probably everybody couldn't see it except for some people.

I'm glad I have some distractions to keep me distracted of this thought recently.

FYP, school, dance, piano, work, awesome friends/cliques

I think I should really concentrate on what's important for me now. School work & saving money.

I feel like learning rollerblading now that I can manage ice skating.

I wish I have a dog! I want to bring it for a run while I rollerblade! At least I won't be that lonely rollerblading on my own!

Dad's at Malacca now at the moment and a few hours ago Brother just reached Melbourne. July another overseas trip for my parents. Next year March/April shall be my trip!!!

My original plan was to rebond it during the june holidays when I have more free time.

After joining blog48 and reading it everyday, I got the blogging mood back.

And with that, my blogging style is going to change!

Well I had the mood to blog yesterday but blogger was down.

Gantz premier was a good lesson learnt.

A good lesson that taught me that I should not bring non-fan to a fans premier screening.
A lesson that taught me that I also should not attend fan premier screening again.
A lesson that taught me not to have such a high expectation.

I found Gantz was okay, not really awesome to the max. I'll judge again when I go watch with Elene without a big number of fans.

I've been talking to Pauline (Chua) a lot recently. Found out that we have a lot in common in terms of relationship. It's unbelievable that I've open up to someone that I've known for less than 6 months.

Well then, with most of the May fandom events over, I shall concentrate on FYP now.

Though I will love to see AKB48 performing, but I don't know why I don't have the mood for it anymore. Plus many friends are not going. I shall just go to the shop opening as Myao aka Miyazaki Miho will be there.

Gantz premier screening. So cool. Booked the whole cinema with the help of another company and we will be having exclusive items. Plus we get to watch 2 days before its official release date!

There are many hiccups in the process. Company released details late. People went MIA after ordering. People replying SUPER SLOW. *sigh*

Anyway, I'm glad these problems are going to end soon with tuesday approaching.

Disco booth with one way mirror inside. So you basically can dance to your heart in the booth with your reflection but you have no idea that other people are watching you from outside.

FYP getting started finally. The first week was kinda wasted because in the end our project scope changed. There's a risk of not finishing on time if we're developing a mobile app without any knowledge of it at all.

Lesson's are getting boring but luckily team mates for various classes are not that boring!

The new school system sucks. It's so easy to get a D or C grade now. Plus this semester will be super tiring for FYP and working X_X

X'mas present from Bro

End of third day of school (though I only had 2 days of lesson)

First two days were still considered okay! For the first day I was same group as Hui Juan who's probably the only person I know who's in the same class with me for 3 classes!

Second day, second class, faci made a mistake of my name and I was put into Jerimiah & Amy's team! But like I said it was a mistake. But my original group consist of one team mate from my team on the first day of school! Phew :D

Today's third day which is an off day! But I had to go back to school for FYP meeting with supervisor. Turns out that my team's project needs to develop a mobile app! =.= We weren't even taught of that at all!

Well, tomorrow's microeconomics. One of the most dreaded module. Hope tomorrow's class and team will be great!

Bought these from Malaysia KL in Watson last year. Why Singapore's Watson don't sell their plush toys?!

Right. So it's really, really, really! The end of my internship.

I was suppose to go back on monday to help out and collect my pay and stuffs. But I was down with fever.

Went to Marina Barrage on saturday. Was drenched in the rain although I had umbrella. Plus I had sore throat so I guess my immune system was weaker.

Went to karaoke on sunday, despite of sore throat. Was pretty high for the first half of the session. Later on I felt tired but still pressed on. Wanted to watch Space Battleship Yamato after karaoke session but tickets were sold out. Went to Pastamania to have dinner. That's when I felt feverish and asked my friends about it.

Discussed about the events we're planning and talked a lot as usual. I bought herbal tea for $4. Managed to drank 3/4 of it! *proud of myself*

Went home and measured my temperature. I had slight fever. I guessed the herbal tea really did work :\

~~Rest at home on monday~~ Went to Ikea with Mum to buy my bookshelf and table. Gosh. The bookshelf was freaking long. And we thought we could manage to bring it home on our own. Opt for delivery in the end (Expensive and SO not worth it). We had no choice! Wanted to book the bigger taxi but they don't have any available taxi for that period.

In the end, in order to make the delivery more worth it. We also bought a glass cabinet that my brother wants but was too big and troublesome to bring it home on our own.

Today!
My original plan was to go repair my phone in the morning once they're open at Vivo City. But I was lazy and I continued to sleep so I just went back to my workplace to collect back my employer feedback form and pay, also at the same time accompany my colleague to eat lunch.

After that, it's another karaoke session!

Finally traded in my ipod (gosh, you have no idea how many times I've went there just to trade in)

Finally ordered my last piece of furniture.

Gotta go sleep soon. Furniture will be coming in the morning! D:

Rilakkuma!

Today's suppose to be my last day of IEP. But my supervisor's out of country and she wants me to help her out for tomorrow and also come back on Monday.

Well, of course she's paying me with her rates!

So much things can happen within a week.

Suddenly my colleague sort of became my BFF. I talked to him so much stuffs that I haven't even told a single soul to. Although he didn't give any great advices or what, but it's just.. wow.

Sometimes talking to someone whom you're not very familiar with is a good thing. Because he or she will never see in the perspective of a friend that knows mostly everything.

I've probably mentioned a lot of times but this colleague which is a SP guy intern is so scared of insects!

He's the first to reach the centre for every weekday. There's once there's this really huge cockroach in the classroom. He was stuck at the situation for about 30 minutes until he picked up his courage and used an umbrella to whack it.

Oh gosh, really very tired now. Still have to go work tomorrow. Gonna do a little coding for this blog and then off to bed soon!

I really hate my imaginative mind. Because with that, I imagine a lot and my hopes get high. As my hopes get higher, the higher I fall if things aren't going as what I hoped for.

Off day today!

Recently I can't bear to watch the news at all. Planning to make a donation with the fans 2 weeks later. Hopefully everything can go smoothly and our effort will reach Japan.

Back to my life. End of internship week 2. New interns are great. It's not as boring as ever now!

Don't know why I keep spending money as though I've earned alot for this internship. Bought a pair of shoes, wallet, mouse, perfume, laptop case, umbrella. How to save money like that

Trying to convince myself all these are NEEDS. But actually to think of it, it's not. The old ones are still usable. It's just that it's old and dirty so I don't want to use it anymore.

*sigh* Working tomorrow also! Got an off day for thursday because I need to come to work on sunday to meet a IT lecturer who's in charge of the website. Well, thanks to that off day I finally had time to collect my JLPT certificate!

Second week of internship/attachment/IEP.

What's my job scope?

Managing their website. But since I'm at the front desk of the tuition centre, I do admin stuffs too.

Sometimes opening and closing the tuition centre is my job too. Had trouble with the shutter twice. Hurt myself here and there on the first week of work.

It's so tiring. 5 1/2 days of work with no leave or off days in between

2 new interns came in today. Glad that their working hours are later than mine. This means I won't be closing the centre! Yay!

The staffs there are great. Just that I wish that more of them are based here.

Anyway, kinda hate my working hours. Let's say if I want to get something, I can't do it before work because shops are not open yet. But if I go after work which is 8pm++, some of them might be even be closing already D:

But well it turns out I was wrong about the closing hours. Went to AMK hub after work today. Bought a new mouse (it's pink & white!) and perfume (cost me a bomb)

Hello kitty x-mini speakers!

Bought this on the same day with Huiyi, Elene, Charmaine when we went to the flea market at Flyer.

A few months ago Huiyi was telling me that she wants to buy a x-mini speaker. So I went to the website and browse and was surprised when they have a hello kitty edition coming out in a few months later

So I waited patiently for November to arrive and immediately bought it when the website updated it's out in stores.

It's so cute and the quality is good too! The battery life is pretty long! I don't use it often, but I will say the total amount of time I've used since I bought it is about 4-5 hours? I only charged it once when I first bought it!

Speaking about hello kitty, I was planning to buy Non-no march issue because it comes with a hello kitty earpiece! But I mistook the release date 1 month late. So in result, it was all sold out in all Kino stores and online.

Sigh.

Today's sunday. Tomorrow's monday.

From tomorrow onwards I'll be on internship attachment for 6 weeks. Gosh. I have to work on saturday mornings too. Hope there's enough things to do. Too much things to do also not good, too little things to do also not good. But I'll rather have things to do so that time will pass by faster!

Wish me luck! And I still don't know what I should wear tomorrow!

It's the holidays!

This picture was taken somewhere near the flyer, at the shopping mall just outside Promenade station. That day Charmaine, Elene, Huiyi and I went to the flea market there.

Anyway, exams are over!
1 week of holidays before attachment starts.

Speaking about attachment, up till now I still haven't got a confirmation of which company I am in. Plus I actually missed a company's call last friday. They called at 8pm! I thought it was a wrong number so I just ignored it. Until a week later when I'm clearing my phone logs, I saw this number and I went to google it. It turns out to be NEC

Only Elene, Jia Jie & Haiqing had great reaction to the happening. They were like "!!! NEC LEH!!" "OMG NEC!!" "I LIKE NEC!!" As expected from them~

But oh well, I only have myself to blame. Now I just pray that I can really get a company soon.

Mum went for checkup on friday. She's fine! I'm so glad. Thank you God for answering my prayers.

Make you all drool.

Like I said, there wasn't much of a CNY mood this year.

This year my paternal side decide to have dinner instead of lunch and dinner. So everyone came at late afternoon and then left at night. This year they didn't gamble too, most probably because everybody's going to be there for just a few hours only unlike previous years where we stayed for almost the whole day. I'm glad for that somehow.

I missed my grandmother's tofu! She tabao one pot of it for us, for my family only! Aww

Second day, to maternal side. It was so boring at first because not alot have arrived yet. It was only me, my bro and Hui Yun. Finally the rest arrived after 1 hour and we all started playing monopoly deal and Wii.

I'm kinda bored at Wii already. And the fact that my uncle didn't bought any new games is one of the reason. Plus all the games he bought, more and more of them are unable to play with the Wii. I think it's outdated :\

This year, the maternal side relatives stayed till pretty late since the next day is a saturday. Adults are all busy gambling. I was so bored! So bored of Wii and so tired after 8pm already. Played with the dogs in the end.

Shasha, the oldest dog, we've grown up together! She was lying down one corner. I called out to her and she responded! I was super duper happy.

Jojo is always, always at the door waiting for my uncle and aunt to come back. She keep ignoring us. She kept whining and barking at the room doors so that she can go in. But later when I was watching tv, she jumped up onto the sofa and joined me

Skyler, which I call her the emo kid. Because her fur is covering her eyes despite tying a ponytail on top! Skyler is small and she's always following Jojo. She knows how to knock doors so that my uncles will open the door and let her in!

Went home around 1145pm! Luckily I only live 15 minutes away~ I missed about half an hour of "my girlfriend's a cyborg"! I think Ayase Haruka looks nicer with short hair!

Going to get ipod touch later! Yay!

Happy Chinese New Year!

I'm fine now in regards of the previous posts and my tweets. Thank you everyone for your encouragement. Things are back to normal on the surface.

I didn't stay up late for CNY eve yesterday. It was probably the most tired CNY eve I've ever had that I have to go to bed at 1130pm! I slept around 12 hours and my eyes still feel so tired!

Anyway I don't have the mood for CNY this year. I know it will most probably be turned into a Wii session for both days! But oh well, at least I can see my uncle's dogs tomorrow!

Should I use my CNY money for my furniture or ipod touch? Both cost around the same price! Can't believe 3 furniture actually cost the same as a small ipod touch!

I think I should get an ipod touch first. Dad's still quite reluctant of throwing away my still-very-new-gigantic-table.

I remembered during Faith's birthday celebration, me and Eunice went to search for a piece of cake frantically at the whole Central shopping mall. Then a few restaurants away from the restaurant we were at actually has cakes and one of them was green! Perfect! Since Faith doesn't have a sweet tooth.

I saw this in KL that time I went. It only cost about SGD26!

They ran out of my size for the white one, so one of the staff ran to their sister store at the same mall to get it for me. She got the wrong design and she had to run back again.

When she finally got the same design, the size was wrong and she told me there's none of my size left.

So I had to get the one on display...

But it was dirty, there were a few spots that can't seem to be able to get rid of.

I was so sad

Now I saw this online, it actually cost more than the price back in KL! White is also sold out online! Argh, FML. Should have just get it in KL

Just when I thought things were going smooth, I've faced another setback. Oh well, I think I only have myself to blame. If I inquiry it earlier then this probably won't happen.

Long story, really very long.

But after all these I met really good friends.

So, I'm one of the committee members organising a fan meet event. Most of the members are very busy and we all took a very long time to settle everything. Until one fine day, I started discussing with Singyee on MSN. Somehow both of us can feel that this was going too slow, she told me she wanted to settle everything asap. With Liting online at the same time, we made so much decisions together and finally managed to finalize most of the important stuffs.

We decided to head for my recommendation of booking RP's lecture theater. I submitted the application form and it took them almost a week to get back to me.

With a bad news.

Since the event falls on a sunday, it was compulsory to hire all the logistics. That's an additional $400 which totally exceeds our budget

So then we head for another member's recommendation of community centres. Some of them have theater which is perfect for our event. We decided and agreed on a venue, Toa Payoh, since it's at the central part of Singapore.

All of us thought things were going great! Until we went to Toa Payoh to book the place

"Sorry but all our facilities except the multi purpose hall are only for rent for corporate"

....

*Panic mode on*

I called so many community centres that day and they were all booked or it exceeds our budget. But something incredible but unrelated to the planning of event happened!

I switched on my laptop, get connected to wifi and went to search all different community centres. I was online on msn discussing with Maya about the location. Then somehow Marcus, my classmate asked me about school work on msn! Liting immediately went "OMG. YOU KNOW MARCUS?!"

and we were so shocked for a few minutes!

I mean, Liting, is just a friend of mine that I knew from this committee from online and share the same interest while Marcus is my classmate. What a coincidence!

Alright enough of the coincidence, after endless of calling and checking we finally narrowed down a few community centres. And due to time constraints, we took cab to Cheng San CC at Ang Mo Kio.

The rental fee for the theater exceeded our budget. But still we went to take a look at the room. There was a karaoke session going on inside, when we entered, all the senior citizens inside thought we were joining them.

Those happy faces when they saw us, a group of teenagers.

I really think those happy faces are a rare sight for seniors like them.

Anyway, we discussed at Cheng San CC and we decided to book a classroom at Bishan CC because it's convenient for everyone.

We took a cab again as time was running up. The classroom has no screen nor projector nor sound system so we have to get everything on our own. We found a few online so we think it should be okay to book it. So right, we, or more like me, filled up the form and submitted it to them.

The next day I skipped school. Because of the stubborn side of me. I really refuse to host the event without a build in projector/screen/sound system. Especially when you're watching a dvd for the event!

I searched and called for the whole morning till afternoon. I probably tried around 8 places and I finally found one place! Phew! Rental was way lower than all of the places we found, so this means we have more budget!

You probably won't get why I'm so happy when we have more budget.

The truth is, if we haven't found a cheap place for this, one of the members, Maya will be contributing about $300 on her own for the prizes and door gifts.

Uh huh! Can you imagine that?

This totally answered my question for the last screening when I still wasn't in the planning committee.

Well, luckily I found the place and luckily it was not booked on that day!

Went to book the place at night! The same day! Yay, you won't believe how happy I was!

And then on the next morning, I had to print the tickets asap before afternoon and also cut the tickets out. Afternoon, we went gifts shopping, made our crew tee, meet up with girls' who are going to the event to pass tickets and receive payment.

Phew.

Long story huh. So after that day I was just busy on my own. Mailing tickets, meeting up for tickets, replying emails, sending many emails.

Now I face another setback! Doorgifts!

Urgh. It was my responsibility to get that certain item because somewhere near my area has it for really cheap price! I wanted to order today but the shop owner told me it's out of stock!

Sigh. Hopefully I can get it on this saturday.

Despite all these, we actually had a lot of fun meeting each other.

Like last saturday, I saw Xiaxue at Orchard advertising Maybelline's new mascara. There were a lot of girls giving out helium balloons! We approached them to take one but one of them actually told me "Can you help me do a favour? Can you let this go when you're walking further away from here?" and then she handed me a bunch of balloons! I was elated! But the show girls totally have no idea why I'm so happy! My friends told me they were laughing at me evilly because I'm dumb enough to help them lessen their workload.

But who cares! I have 5 helium balloons to play with me and my friends!

We had soooo much fun! xD

We're gonna go karaoke and celebrate after the whole event! Woo!

Happy new year!

I spent my new year's eve with Angelina, Julie, Elijah, YunHan, Ziana, Chand, Hayley and Xiuli.

Went to Elijah's house for a movie with his projector and wall screen (damn cool), had dinner at PastaMania in which was the first time I waited so long for my pasta in a PastaMania outlet.

Booked Settlers and went there for an hour only. Didn't really enjoy myself to the max because I was having gastric, gosh it was awful. Luckily before going to Clarke Quay I went to the toilet and everything came out so I felt so much better.

We went to drink and then party at the dance floor there! It was tiring man, I don't know how those people who go clubbing survive. Geez.

We didn't play hide and seek at shopping mall this year although we did mention but we don't really have time for that I suppose.

Last day of holidays today, urgh.

Okay, 2 months late.

10.10.10 was Hougang Secondary's 10th year anniversary. (Probably just 2010 is the 10th year anniversary and not 10th Oct) There was a dinner hosted at the new air conditioned school hall. (It's not a buffet btw!)

Our alumni finally made a tshirt for our own and we performed with the main band. But in the end, during the main performance we had to wear their band uniform (which is not the one with blazer anymore). It's been long since I saw the uniform with blazer :S

Many things have changed (of course, expected) but not all things are changing to the better. Times have changed, attitudes of youth have changed, now you have to be more lenient with them.

Sometimes I just wonder what is it of us that made us keep going back?

1. One family who's on the same coach as us had some visa problem so we waited for them for like half an hour

2. Waited over 1 hour for a cab. Took bus here and there and alighted at different venues just to find cabs

3. Once we got home, we spotted panadols on the dining table and realise brother is down with fever

4. I broke my watch, the glass shattered into pieces

5. I had fever too, last night it was low but this morning/afternoon it shot up to 38 degrees.

Isn't it freaky that how me and my brother got fever at the same time in different countries? I know we most probably caught the bug a few days ago before I left but still it's such a freaky coincidence.

Anyway, my KL trip? I still think 2 days 1 night was enough for me because we were so bored during the second day! Dad was the one insisted that 2 days 1 night was too rush, and I can't do anything once he decided on something.

1st day was shopping for almost the whole day, it's really shop till drop, I was dead beat.

At first there were lots of things to buy, but later you spot almost every shop was similar and you get sick of it. But still I bought quite a number of stuffs, the half empty luggage was filled and there's an additional big bag of shopping loots.

I really really want to go back there next time with friends! Mum kept stopping me to buy things. Well, it was in a good way but... hmm...

Traffic there was horrible. I don't know how many times I've complained about that when I'm there. I was situated at the "orchard road" of KL. There's always traffic jam and lots of cars and I don't know how their traffic light works because you can wait for the green man for gazillion years.

YOG, No, the float @ Marina Bay is an unforgettable site. The seats looked like a part of an outdoor stadium. The various screens on stage reminds me of the various screen in Kokuritsu too.

Went to Faith's house for the second time last saturday after band. Yun Han's back! Her A levels is finally finished! We played Kinect, the new xbox 360's addition function. Something like Wii but without a remote controller. Basically it's a motion sensor. Great for party play! Other than that, I think it will be boring if you're playing with 2 players.

JLPT (japanese exam) yesterday was okay. What I didn't expect was there were so many people taking it! The queue was horribly long but everyone still ended up taking the exam on time

There were a few kids in my classroom, other than that everybody's around the same age, the poly/jc age and the university age. Saw one half Japanese young boy, (which I commented the exam will be super easy for him!) 2 brothers whom both are probably still in primary school commenting "The exam was easier than I thought"

After the exam we (Elene and I) went to 313 Somerset, Ion and Far East Plaza for her shopping needs for her audition. $100 gone just like that! Anyway, I bought a small Rilakkuma blanket from Watsons. I'm so glad Watsons brought in so much Rilakkuma stuff!!!

Next week is last week of school before the holidays. I need to persevere, persevere, persevere!

This week passed pretty fast because I had MC for one day. Also stayed back in school till 7 or 8pm for assignment.

I'm done with my assignment!

A public holiday today! 3 days of school only for this week

My debt... (I don't know how many times must I explain. My own debt = withdrawing money from bank account and have not deposit back) has unexpectedly grow into a very large number.

This is bad, seriously. For the past few years, I haven't spent much during the year end period because it's all fall and winter season clothes, thus they're all long sleeved and furry and that makes me a unhappy girl because I hate wearing clothes that make me feel warm.

But never did I expect to fall in love with fall season's clothes. I've changed!

Actually I haven't bought much of fall season clothes, but I know, soon, when I go Uniqlo, more than $100 will be taken out from my bank account again!

Maybe I should work during the 2 weeks holiday?

But my mum wants to go Malaysia via train and I want to go KL for Sungei Wang Plaza!
Thanks to IEP aka attachment, I miss the chance of going China to experience Winter-Spring! Grr. No chance to wear winter wear!

Actually, I feel like going to KL with friends more than family. Anybodyyy?

Second week of school is almost over! Actually time is unexpectedly moving quite fast! There are still poly which haven't even start school!

I'm getting hooked on Poupee girl! I even took the time to take photos of my accessories (for now). I think I'll try my best to take photos of all the apparels I owe so sometimes I can just refer when I'm online and bored.

If you're asking me what it is, it's basically a dress up doll application.
But you also can check real life items. People upload photos of their items to earn ribbons (money in the game). You can "like" the item.
It's call "suteki" in the game though since it's Japanese. There will be a ranking of the most "like" items, most "like" doll. If you're someone familiar with Japanese brand, it's even better since the Japanese will label which brand their clothes are.

I was very addicted to the Nintendo DS version when it first released.
I've already completed like 85% of it, I'm bored of it so I tried the web version where it originated from.

I actually created this account half a year ago and I did nothing with it. I was lazy to take photos of my apparels. So if you're one lazy person, it's not easy to earn many ribbons in the website.

Still not very familiar with the new class. On the second day of school, I thought I entered the wrong class! I still can't recognize them On the third day I get to sit in a corner so I got to observe my class more and at least now I can recognize some. Phew.

Yesterday Diana was complaining to me since morning about this guy who's older than us in her team being yaya and selfish, trying to show off so much. She complained to me more when we walked to the interchange together after school. The more she explained, the more I felt that this guy is very similar to a guy in my ex-class. So I told her I know a similar guy and they're actually of the same age. I was curious and I asked her for his name.

It turns out it's the same guy! The guy that she's been complaining since morning was the same guy my class used to complain so much too! xD

Okay these photo was taken on POP 2010, that's 4 months ago.
I know I'm still clearly lacking behind in posting photos....

So for the past week I've been going back to Hougang Secondary for rehearsals, rehearsals and more rehearsals for the 101010 performance. It was Hougang Secondary 10th year anniversary this year so they celebrated it on 10th Oct 2010.

Things have changed so much with a whole new generation of band. I still can see some things that us alumni are too used to be doing that they are not doing it now.

It's so different now.

Sunday's lunch break was cool. 19 alumni wearing the alumni tee (Gosh I love it!) going everywhere in Hougang Point together. Hahahaha.

School is resuming tomorrow. New class, new classmates again.

People have been asking me where is my japan phone. I'm still using it to take photos! There's no way my current phone can take good quality photos. The screen sticker thingy that came together with the whole phone completely came out when I put my phone in my bag! So many air bubbles on my screen now :(

I finally ended my holidays part time job yesterday! No more working for now, school's resuming in a week!

It was crazy. One whole week of full shift! No sitting down. Meals alone. Blah.

But all the colleagues there are fabulous

Had problems with the cashier money on some days so I have to fork out like about $7 for the whole week. Till now I'm still doubting about the problem. Hmm.

Met or more like saw interesting people like a psycho/sicko, transsexual, cute kids.

Talking about kids, I have no idea what's up with the coincidence that 2 of my vacation job is related to kids. First kids toys, now kids clothes!

I wonder when will my pay arrive!!!

Today is my 18th birthday.

I went out in the morning for band practice and had lunch with my friends. Day was still smooth. I went home, had dinner with my family and I went to check my email. I have over 80 emails from people who wrote on my Facebook wall.

Everything was alright until I read that email.

For about 2 years I've been buying my clothes from this seller. Recently she's stopped her online business as she's very busy with work. She's moving house now and is even more busy that she can't fork out the time to meet me for my items.

I really regret not persisting to meet her for my items, I just asked her last week. I should have insist, really insist that I want to meet her for my items because there's like over 10 items.

Then her email came, on somewhere after 12AM today.

She told me while moving house, she left a box full of customer's clothes there. She only realised it on the next day and when she went back she couldn't find it anymore.

Lost.

1 whole box of her customer's items.

My items are worth around $200+.

I don't know.

A part of me feels happy because there were some things I regret buying, so I was glad that I didn't really bought it in the end. But a part of me feels sad also because there were some things that I really really wanted and it's all gone now.

*sigh*

Now all I just hope that she really really can find the box again. It's sad, for me and other people.

2 weeks is kinda slow.

I thought today was tuesday. Wasn't used to working on sundays, so I thought sunday was monday.

Work is full of drama I tell you.

Well, on the first day of work, I was at the shop. This job was supposedly to be working at the fair only, but Yuhan let me do some days in shop. Everything was going so smoothly until this Singaporean couple came!

First, they asked whether are there any discount. I answered, yes if you have the 20% voucher from your previous purchase. Obviously they're there for the first time so they had no clue and they don't have the voucher.

They bought 3 plush toys which cost $54 in total. I charged their master card for it then I gave them the voucher.

The wife wanted to void the transaction because she want to use the voucher. (Do note that she got the voucher after the 3 plush toys purchase!!!) She wanted to change her buying sequence, buy 1 plush toy, get voucher and use for 2 plush toys. Anyway, since I was not taught how to void it, I called another staff for help. Never did I expect her to be blur too.

Long story,in short, the customer's card was charged again then we had to refund in cash since we don't know how to void credit card transaction.

End.

What totally irritate me was the wife. The husband was already like "Never mind, we can use the voucher next time since it was already charged and she don't know how to void" The wife keep going "But there was no clear explanation" While we're trying to do some refunds, I heard the husband go "See la, now so troublesome etc" quite a few times. He was kinda pissed when they left the store. But the husband was also kind enough to explain how much we should refund.

How the hell do you want me to explain how the voucher works? You are suppose to receive it after the 3 plush toy purchase! You paid already then you say you want to cancel that transaction and split your purchases?!

How I wish I could think of these sentences on that day, that time!

And guess what happened at the end after all the refunding?!

She want me to issue another voucher for her!!

But well, I gladly did it because I felt sorry that I caused so much trouble for them too.

*cough* My colleague even say why I still so good to issue them another voucher after this whole mess when it's the wife being so niao.

The job at fair doesn't have much drama. Maybe except that a young Caucasian boy reached his hand inside the lamp shade and touch the light bulb, which was on like for 8 hours! So he scalded his hand. Glad that the mum didn't scold me, just told me to off it (which I already did after I saw and heard him scream and when his mum brought him to the toilet)

Today was kinda bad. Sales bad, and I got scolded for not stocking up stocks. Oops. But it was fun and enjoyable later at noon because Stephanie came earlier (she was told to come earlier because she seems to have "good luck" LOL!) and we had a great talk with May (another colleague). There weren't much customers so we just sat down and talked and laughed so much! Did you know RP's CCC school is quite dramatic? Hahahaha.

Man, I wish work will be like this everyday. Time will fly!

I always get fascinated by this light beam in the classroom. When you off the lights in the classroom, the sunlight from the corridor shines through the glass hole at the door. So you practically get a 'spotlight' at the spot near the door. It's so beautiful.

I just feel like blogging all of a sudden!

I thought I would be working for this weekend at MBS. But there were last minute changes, anyway the job was kinda last minute too, so no surprise the employment was cancelled. Thought I could push myself to study since I wont be at home to study when I go to work. (It's 8 hours, argh) But, well, fail. Here I am at home, since 5PM till now I haven't even read a single powerpoint slide. Although I've already kinda read through and understand a few problems but I still couldn't worry less.

Ya darn it, I'm worried but I'm still not taking action. I hate myself.

Maybe it was a good thing that I didn't have the MBS job. Because Mr Lee treated alumni (Pei Jun, Shao Ming, Hui Yi and me) Sakae Sushi! 3 cheers for a branch in Hougang Point!

We talked about Mr Lee's bunnies (OMG hilarious and interesting and cute story about them). Makes me want to have one too! and various random topics. Was so full till I'm so sleepy when we left the restaurant.

I feel like eating some gummy candy which is sold at my school's bookshop, I've been looking for them around and I can't find it! Luckily I'm going to school for the next few days for exams!

Exams, chalet, work! & turning 18!

Working for 6 days only. The salary can just barely pay my debt for shopping.... but it's better than nothing. Thought I could just sit down there whole day with a friend but it turns out only 1 person is needed per shift

For those who don't know, I set up a debt for myself. I transfer money out from my bank account for shopping and I don't put it back, that's what I call my own debt. And, I so need to save up for... I don't know? Future overseas trip with friends? Taiwan? Japan? I'm fine with Hong Kong also! Overseas concert?

It's August only and I already have plans for end of the year!

I'm hoping to plan a clarinet section chalet at the end of the year. I think it's really the time to gather with juniors. And we have girls over 18! Can check in on our own already. The previous check in was a total failure and embarrassment.

2nd concert screening is in asking process, starting over again. Hopefully it wont fail again

I went to the opening ceremony. Please stop asking me why I bought the tickets.

I, er, skipped band that morning because I only slept for 4 hours the night before. So I woke up at 11am plus. Elene came to my house after lunch, she played fat princess for about an hour and off we go to Esplanade.

It wasn't as crowded as I thought, maybe we were early. The float at Marina Bay wasn't as big as I thought too.

Dark clouds were above us about an hour before the show starts. D'aww I was disappointed and got turn down , but luckily it didn't rain! Yay!

I had really bad luck with the goodie bag. I teared the float clappers (there was a name for it but I forgot) My heart shape pen light doesn't have its battery cover. My dove pen light broke, after which I realise a lot people broke it too. Bad design. Really, bad design.

The show.. Maybe it was the LED lights and all, through out the show both me and Elene were having headache. I must say I wasn't at my maximum tension neither did I enjoyed the show fully.

Today was the last day of school, this semester, this class.

It ended quite normally, like how we end class everyday. Except the fact that we end at 12pm+ today.

No special treats, no taking photos. Maybe just a longer goodbye greeting than usual.

Met with FEEL for dinner yesterday. Passed Elene her birthday present too. She was elated.

I went back to HS last saturday for alumni meeting/practice.

I think the band geek inside me was triggered. Anyway, 6 clarinetists. 3 have not touch the clarinet for almost 2 years. Just a few bars of 'Amercian Elegy' and all of our mouths are tired and we can't even play properly. Haha.

I wonder how long will we take to go back to our sec 3 or 4 state? I can't even play some high notes!

Somehow, I can't wait for practice this saturday. I wonder why...? It's probably the challenge of getting back that same tone.

Last week was so hectic.

Monday, met Huiyi & Julie for Cheryl's doraemon presents at Chinatown point.
I remember my voice sounds horrible and yet I had McDonald's for dinner. 3 cheers for the doraemon shop!

Tuesday, stayed back to do assignment with Diana.

Wednesday, Chand's birthday celebration.
Went to PlazaSing to have dinner at Ichiban Sushi (which sucks, Sakae is way better) with Chand, Cheryl, Sophia, Xiu & Wee Kiat (for awhile), Angelina (just joining us without eating).

Anyway, Eunice was like omg, one restaurant away at that time! She was at HK cafe!

Went to Cafe Cartel to have Angelina's dinner after buying stuffs for Elijah's card. I was in knock out mode already. Luckily I have no school on the next day!

Thursday, went back school for UT.
The day would be so wonderful if UT's wasn't on that day!
Went back to HS for camp at night also.

Friday, Elijah's birthday celebration.
Stayed back to help Diana with assignment again. Went to Marina Square. Train was so effing crowded at first and I couldn't get in! Had dinner at Breeks (which also sucks alot) with Elijah, Julie, Huiyi, Ziana, Angelina. Cheryl joined us after work and we had desserts at McDonald. It was a fun night ^^ I laughed so much (again) with Cheryl!

Bump into Faith that night. She greeted me and Huiyi by knocking against our bags from the back! I nearly lost my balance and fell! She told us about Aichi Meiden and we decided to go tomorrow's concert at Meridian JC!

Saturday, was finally rest day~ I spent my day sleeping and just watching videos. Haha.

Sunday, Aichi Meiden high school band concert with MJC!
Yay, woo! Ok all the Japanese look damn young. (Oh wait, they are young, it's junior high) But anyway, their band size is huge. 100+. They sound nice and that's what you expect. They make the concert enjoyable. I like Mr. Itou (conductor of Meiden band)'s speech. It sounds like lyrics. Like "Life is short, for having us to meet here is a miracle" Totally can be found in Japanese songs! xD

We also realise on that day that actually Meridian's conductor is actually the lady boss from Band World and er, we just realise she actually has quite a few girls school band under her.

Having one of the worse period of this semester now. I really hope tomorrow things will get solved.

I'm not even sure what is going on. All I need is both sides to talk to each other. Talk, as in speak out what/how you feel. But will things really go smoothly during the talk? Can this talk even get started?

I don't know. All I know is I will try so that I will know.

Anyway, I'm kinda glad that my plans for buying phones is going well. My plan (ever since I bought my Japan phone) was to buy Japan phone for a year and then the next year my contract ends, I'll be buying a new local phone. This year would be my local phone's turn so I'm going to change my local phone soon! Next year I'll be changing my Japan phone? At least now I don't have to worry much about signal since one of the company is going to use sim cards! Yes yes yes! ^^

And, it was the birth of SLA and MP.

Somehow I-don't-know-who (either Adeline or Shi Ying) started singing national day songs! Adeline and I joined in and we laughed so much from school to interchange.

I'm trying my best to catch up in my blogging already!

The above photos were taken on 29 May! NYJC band concert!

I met Faith and Elene at around 2plus, but Faith overslept (as usual) so in the end we only met at 3 plus. When me and Elene met Faith on the train, she told us she had a bad news.

The concert starts at 5pm!

She was holding on to our tickets so we had no idea what time the concert starts. We assumed it would be the normal timing; 7.30pm.

So our original plan was screwed. We were planning to buy Yun Han's birthday present and have an early dinner before the concert. We barely made it on time. Sorry for letting Ruby and Winsome wait for the tickets! Charmaine was suppose to join us too but she was late too and in the end she sat alone for the concert. If only we came earlier we still may reserve seats for her.

Concert was great, their skits were hilarious! I did enjoyed myself a lot.

After the concert we went to Marina Square to have dinner. Split into two groups, burger king for dinner and Carl's Jr for dinner. And....

well, nothing much happened/I can't remember much.

Hello!! I need someone to help me stop shopping! I managed to cancel one of my online order after the flea market today after Adeline's persuasion. She willingly helped me by transferring $40 from her account to my account because the DBS deposit machines were all spoiled! (#@%*@%^&! the one near my house is also spoiled)

There was a flea market today at RP and I spent $30 on accessories. WTH. I feel like killing myself. I always nearly swear out loud whenever this happens and then the shop/stall assistant will just giggle at me (happened for Nth time)

Then this is what I came up with to make me feel better :

I actually had $50 on wednesday in my wallet because I wanted to deposit into my account.
However the machine near my house was spoil (#@$#^#!* AGAIN!)
I'm suppose to pay Yu Han $26 but she kept forgetting to bring my dress.
So I had around $70+ in my wallet today.

So in the end it was,

The deposit machine's fault for being spoil
Yu Han's fault for forgetting to bring the dress (or I should pay her first instead)
RP's fault for renting out spaces for flea market.

It will never ever be my fault! Muahahaha.

Ok, yea right...

Really very overdue. This was taken on the last day of school before the 2 weeks holiday; end of May. (I know it's end of June now)

It's week 9 already. 6 more weeks to holidays, 6 more weeks to the end of this wonderful class.

Most UT1 grades are out. I got two C and a B for now. Wasn't expecting a C for UT1! So it really got into me; Year 2 is indeed more difficult. I really should start studying now seriously. No more last minute studying!

About a month ago...

Adeline was telling us how she treated her previous classmates food. Then we requested abalone, shark fin etc. Shi Ying started writing it on the board in chinese words. So somehow Adeline and Shi Ying were discussing about their chinese names (since they got the same "shi") Then ta-da! Chinese names of our classmates!

There were people absent but we managed to guess some of them correct or nearlyyy correct!

2 mini DS! The pink one just arrived a few weeks ago. It's actually a mirror inside and a torch light! So cute!
While the black one is for putting cartridges. Yusra has a white one because I bought it for her birthday present a few years ago.

Right now these 2 mini DS are hanging on my hello kitty pouch. So my pouch has become really very heavy suddenly.

Talking about DS, my brother has been hogging on my DS for the past few days because he's playing Pokemon heart gold.

As for me, I'm still playing rhythm games, simulation games, japanese fashion game and GTA. I'm thinking of giving RPG another chance so I will be playing it soon. (I'm not a big fan of RPG especially on the DS)

It's friday already! After this weekend my two weeks of vacation is over

Seriously, I haven't done anything much except for programming assignment.
I'm broke and the GSS crowd is turning me off. Oh, why must I be broke in this GSS period.

But the good news is that I've completed my programming assignment yesterday. I'm really glad and thankful I have this group of classmates who meet up so often. If there's no meet ups I would probably just take other people's codes and leave the assignment till last minute. For the first time I've really wrote all the codes from head to toe without a full resource!

How I wish there's no change of class next semester. Will my next semester class be as good as this? Will it be full of people that I don't like that may get me unmotivated?

All my blog photos are all about a month ago. I always blog late due to laziness.

FEEL went to Clarke Quay, Santouka to celebrate Eunice's birthday last month!

Oh right, before that Eunice, Elene and I were suppose to meet Faith on the NEL train. But Faith actually woke up when Elene and I were reaching Hougang station!

Elene : "Hey you got call Faith? She wake up already?"
Liyin : "Don't know leh, I think should wake up already? Ok I try ask her"
*sms to Faith : "Elene ask you wake up already or not."*
*receives reply : "OMG I JUST WOKE UP!!."
Elene, Liyin : =.=

Kinda regretted up-sizing the ramen because there's also a rice set. Everybody was so full and couldn't finish everything!

As expected japanese food are all so salty. I think I still prefer chinese food please.

Elene tried the mysteriously-why-so-popular-in-japan Natto! OMG it tasted SO MUCH LIKE COFFEE!

Since this happened about a month ago, I really can't remember much.

I know when we stepped into Central, there's this lady who approached us to help her redeem vouchers. Because one person was only entitled to only one voucher, she wanted us to help her. So Faith went to help her and the whole process was so troublesome.

Firstly, they are pretty strict about the redemption in terms of identification. Secondly, there's so much to fill in for just for a voucher redemption!

After eating, we went to Far East Plaza for shopping! I need to look for slippers because mum threw away mine! I think that was probably the first time I hesitated to buy something for so long! Normally when I saw something I want, and if I have the money, I will purchase it immediately. On that day I saw a pair of short leggings that I've been searching for so long. We didn't even enter the store! I saw it when we walked past it. Then I just grabbed it, went in and paid for it! Done in less than a minute!

I just remembered on that day I found a bookstore hiding in Central. The pre-owned magazines there are effing cheap although it's old issues!

After Far East we went to Ion. Them buying Yami Yogurt as usual and tried the taiyaki there too! I didn't eat much because I was broke already My tension was totally down after my purchases actually

Went to Indoor Stadium to pay for YOG opening ceremony tickets with Elene today. When we went out of the station there were SO MANY FAMILIES WITH KIDS AND ALMOST 95% OF THEM ARE FOREIGNERS!!

When we came out from the station there was already a boy crying.
He went "やだです！！！！！！！！” LOL!

Turned out there was the Wiggler's show that day, so there were many many many families with kids.

Town was soooo crowded, is it because it's weekend? No.. weekend wasn't that crowded.. School holidays? Maybe? OH GSS....

But sad to say it's different from other polys so I can't gather much with my other school friends.

Anyway I will be busy in the holidays for my programming assignment. I'm so stuck with it right now, I feel like giving up so much! Luckily my classmates are arranging to meet on this coming tuesday to discuss about it. I cannot imagine how I will cope if there's no guide

Other than bring frustrated over assignment. There's another problem which drained out of my energy so much for the past few days. I actually have 3 routers at home and suddenly 2 of them cannot work. ALL OF A SUDDEN! The one that was able to work was the one that Singtel provided it for Mio.

I spent hours trying to figure out where the problem lies, (thank god for data communication module! If not I couldn't understand all the terms at all) But I still can't figure it out, it should be something to do with Singtel's line I suppose :\
